As a coach, facilitator, and human, I am in constant awe of how the teachings of Non-Violent Communication can change lives. NVC is more than a communication style and a set of techniques – it is a way of being that transforms the way we relate to others and ourselves. I have participated in over 300 hours of training in Non-Violent Communication and am so excited to share it with you.

“Just experienced the most incredible 4-session workshop on nonviolent communication with Alex. What made it truly special was how Alex led by example – he shared his own journey with such genuine vulnerability that it created a safe space for all of us to learn and grow. His teaching style was amazing, and the way he guided us through each session left me with practical skills and deep insights. If you ever get the chance to learn from Alex, don’t hesitate.”

“I am so grateful to have taken Alex’s workshop. It was a profoundly meaningful and beautiful experience. I learned really deep and helpful tools for navigating conversations in a way that is grounded, kind, present and compassionate while honoring everyone involved and the needs that may be present in any given moment. I really didn’t want the class to end. Alex is a wonderful guide and teacher of this work. It’s one thing to learn about NVC and it’s a whole other to actually experience it in real time with a guide who embodies the teachings in such a skillful, impressive and nourishing way. I look forward to future workshops.

“Alex’s NVC course was my first introduction to the idea that I should learn to decouple my feelings from other peoples’ actions, and instead recognize my unmet needs as the source. Also, learning the real difference between a genuine request and a demand was… earth shattering. I’m still trying to internalize this knowledge but I’m confident that once I do my emotional intelligence and relationships will be vastly improved. Thanks Alex!”
